I don't think she is incredibly mature for her age.. I actually think her vibe is somewhat normal for her age.. most people get children around that age so yeah.. maybe she additionally has an earthy/mature vibe, lots of life experience and conservative values..
I also knew some girls back in school who kinda grew up really fast and became womanly very fast too..idk depends on the person, but I could imagine some 27 year olds like that.
