Yes, I agree. In my case, my weight is more about frustration regarding my life, etc. Plus my two gyms closed and I've been putting off any return to self-discipline. That's changing, though. I'm getting enough sleep, which keeps me from mindless eating, which makes exercise easier, etc.

Ah, but I do think that type is reflected in about 2/3 of people's faces. So it's not entirely random.
