Just liek you can find a bodybuilder that doesn't do synthetic oil steroids, supplements, powders and stuff...
I would advise getting familiar with parts of your body first an only then starting working on them. No supplements, no "motivational" posters - you can achieve things with little to no equipment providing you didn't know that.
How much any one lifts doesn't really matter, unless one aims at not being able to tie their own shoe laces, it's alright. Speed matters.
