but I also think Jessica Biel is/was gorgeous (..pre-Timberlake when she wasn't as teeny as she is now)

in regards to myself, I prefer looking strong over dainty. women can pull off whatever, just what I prefer on myself.

@blackburry: fair enough, she has muscle - I insist that her silhouette looks un-ripped though. The calves look ripped, but everywhere else has average muscle definition. (I take ripped to mean lots *visible* muscle, so Jessica Biel would definitely fit, but the former looks all hourglass-y and her arms and midriff are barely notable in that respect.)

I actually really like that small-framed, skinny look.

I'm slightly rounder, yet I have no boobs- oh well.

Boobs can only be compensated for by a (large) booty. Do you have it?

I agree. She's fairly athletic but not ripped. Jessica Biel is "ripped" (and looks good too).

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

I already have an athletic figure and that's my ideal. I wouldn't want to go for the douchy meathead look.

Also, fyi, everyone who uses the word "Jacked" to describe their body is a complete piece of shit.

I think this is the body I most aspire to and probably the one I could the most realistically have (don't think I could become or really would want to become a super muscular guy). I don't really have the motivation to fully attain that body as I know I would need to work out a lot to maintain it, but am comfortable coming somewhat close while working out once a week.

skinny but muscular, built enough to intimidate dickheads but not enough to dominate every situation. as a few people have said, brad pitt's stuff in fight club is excellent. I even imitated the workout and diet regimen that got him there for a few months.

I think its cool that maritsa likes men who are a little chubby. It does seem to mesh with her erotically for some reason.

This nowadays: lean with broad shoulders. Anything else with regards to physique is kind of superfluous.

I'm also bottom heavy and can pull off her look. I'm an endo/meso combination, I'll never be stick thin and look good at the same time. lol

Yes, I think I am the same combination. I put on weight quickly, but I also build up muscles quickly. Looking at her makes me want to get a personal trainer. I might want to put her on my fridge haha. Love that she is strong.
