Apparently LSIs are meant to be slender?

Youthful, slender, but, in this case, strong and hardy - in youth, she produces the impression of a real elf.
Goddamnit. I don't think anybody could ever compare me to an elf. Maybe a buxom hobbit?

This must be the female sociotype by blahblahskaya.. I was referring to the general wikisocion descriptions, which I feel is written by a self-absorbed ILE.

And I think the slender thing refers to Ti as dominant function.. both LII and LSI are never "fat"

Self-typed LSI and two self-typed IEEs are the primary editors of the LSI article.

These have changed considerably since the last time I saw them, which tbh was 2-3 years ago. I don't remember details but I remember distinctly that there was something like a criticism in the first and second functions for LSI. For Ti it suggested that this function was too rigid, and not as useful as Ti in the creative role. For Se, it didn't really say that much at all, but that has been edited now.

And I thought, it's a small thing, but it's there, and it shouldn't be there in a basic-level description. It should be objective, and not have biases or comparisons to other types or how this function would perform in a different role... And I also remember that the ILE description of the first two functions were extremely long, well detailed, and favorable. I may have jumped to a conclusion but I remember these two impressions I had very strongly.

Also keep in mind that everyone on this forum used to use the LSI type as a standing joke.. I used to be a lurker here and I remember it, also at the time I didn't know LSI irl, so I bought into that too. I still think there is a bit of a conspiracy surrounding this, but if my reasons and premises are much too vague for you you have every right to point it out

IIRC, there were a bunch of Gammas who periodically singled out Ti and made fun of it.

Hemoglobin is that a tonkinese kitten?

(help...where do I find forum members numbers for wrapping mention tags around their names so they become aware of themselves being mentioned in a thread?)

@Shayley You make the @ sign, then type their name. That makes their name glow with a special magic. The magic then summons the person here! Yippie!

Lsi's tend to always be in some kind of cronic pain due to their stubborn unawareness or lack of care of their own bodes.

The person who was most responsible for the early wiki, other than Rick, was a self-typed ili named niffweed17 who had no respect at all for Fe & Ti. Another guy who comes to mind was machintruc. He was a self-typed eii who hated lsi in every other post (i'm not exaggerating).

I wouldn't be surprised if there were some of everything, including ile, in there too. It was a popular type to gang up on because it was broadly characterized as extremely narrow-minded and unable to alter its opinion on anything.

I think this is a bit of a loaded topic on whether or not it's a polite thing. Many people have used it as a weapon to hurt others (including themselves). Others find it emotionally painful for people to even bring up their weight, even if they themselves just did. Media uses the word 'fat' as a negative describing word almost always teaming it with 'unhealthy'.

Others find the word sexy, sensual, positive, alluring... etc etc.

I see it just as another describing word. Fat to me is the same as tall, brunette, olive skinned.

In general though not knowing where the other person stands on the subject it's best to avoid it completely.

However, as you were not meaning it as an attack and were coming from an angle of being complimentary I curtsy and say 'Thank you' <3

(sorry about the ramble, I'm really into body politics)

I understand. I probably could have kids, but I have no desire to be that responsible for another human being (among other things), so I'll probably just spoil a cat rotten instead. And it's fine; I don't recall minding the pictures of him, especially since I love cats and find him quite adorable. ^_^

That changed as well and has been expanded upon Gamma and Alpha NTs. I'm not really sure but I think there is a member on this site who keeps them in high regard.

He ran away two weeks after I adopted him. He was a problem kitty that could not adapt to the previous owner. I was treating him fine. He could not adapt. He might have been abused earlier in life.

Socionics starts to make a lot more sense once you realize that any stereotypes presented on this site are generally only referenced comically, and not to be taken seriously regarding any type or quadra. Sometimes they do fit regardless.

How was it possible to get someone to enter your room and take a picture while both of you and your cat were sleeping? must of been either reall good timeing or a fake setup.

Jasper looks lovely but that would be so difficult sleeping at night with him on top of you like that!

I've updated my avatar to show you my 4 babies who are all tonkinese with the oldest being only 1 & 1/2. I had an older chocolate burmese before these but my son asked for her to live with him when he moved out of home as she slept with him most nights. Thankfully I still get to see her often.

My fiancé caught it one day on camera when I was having an afternoon nap so he could show his mother.

Or is that too difficult for you to comprehend?

But the stereotypes ARE socionics.. and pretty spot on, unless promoted by people who hate the type they are describing for some reason, and the people who are reading don't know enough about that type irl to not believe them.

    pff ILI..

Another guy who comes to mind was machintruc. He was a self-typed eii who hated lsi in every other post (i'm not exaggerating).
That's pretty funny. I don't know machintruc but I had an EII roommate during freshman year of college, and an LSI friend asked her to drop him to the airport bc she was the only one with a car at the time. She thought he was always taking advantage like this, so she asked him to pay for gas. He laughed at her and said no. She drove him anyway, and was pissed about it for like a month.

I wouldn't be surprised if there were some of everything, including ile, in there too. It was a popular type to gang up on because it was broadly characterized as extremely narrow-minded and unable to alter its opinion on anything.
I could see this happening on an internet forum, where either combination of Ti and Se are not at all in their element. I mean even now there are barely any LSIs and SLEs here... at least SLEs are represented by the endless heartbroken IEIs though.

I've updated my avatar to show you my 4 babies who are all tonkinese with the oldest being only 1 & 1/2. I had an older chocolate burmese before these but my son asked for her to live with him when he moved out of home as she slept with him most nights. Thankfully I still get to see her often.
Yeah, he's ridiculously annoying at times.

Awww your kitties are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing them ^_^
