But you used it as a positive example, too, therefore my confusion. I think your picture there is a response to libertarians using Somalia as a positive example (like you did), not vice versa.

Sub-par career politicans elected by people who shouldn't be allowed to vote because they attempt to solve issues they don't understand.
A world where coming last gets you a medal because parents see their children as special unicrons, those children grow up to talking about how everyone is entitled to their (pet issue) whilst working average jobs which make them irrelevant and economically underproductive becuase they like it 'best'. They never spending enough time really listening to draw out peoples aspirations and then to understand how people might be able to reach a compromise to meet those goals and aspirations. When it doesn't work, just ask the state to help, there's always a career politician with all the answers who actually has no clue about how to implement a damned thing because the majority of the voters don't understand it either, because after all most people are too busy drinking, watching porn or whatever.

This chart is wrong by how it defines the categories.
Indeed, also one would assume that 'unreported' rapes would have a significant error band which isn't represented. There should also be a reason for reported but not brought to trial; one would assume that a number of those are falsely accused.
