That would be 3 posts in which someone wrote @ before his name, to notify him that he was being mentioned.
for example, @Destroypuppy
there, that will now send a notification to you (Highlighted in blue in the upper bar) letting you know that you have been mentioned in a post.
Your "mentioned" number will now go up one more point.
if a person does not include the @ sign, or if they misspell the name, the notification will not work.
