Pete...well he is a supporting character. He is mean't to help Clark out, the writers made him that way...so why type is supposed to support a INFj the way Pete does?
It was just annoying from the start. Only good episode with them together is one where Lana is possessed or something, strips and swims in the pool in attempt to seduce Clark.stopped watching it a few years ago though. The relationship between Clark and Lana was always so frustrating for me to watch,
Also a fan of Lex, especially the Smallville Lex.

They're all IEI.
Smallville is a TV show about Superman's years growing up in Smallville. Chloe is one of his classmates, a character invented for the show.
In the comics I'd say Superman is EII and Lois is LSE. It's been so long since I've seen the show, though, that I couldn't say what their types are there.
From what I remember, Chloe seems like an ESE with "super computer hacking skills" grafted on. Certainly the actress is ESE; she is eerily similar to an ESE I know in RL, both in behaviour and physical appearance, to the point that the ESE I know once saw a photo of Chloe and was momentarily confused because she didn't remember ever wearing clothes like the ones in the photo.
Quaero Veritas.
Clark Kent is an LSE in an SLE body. LOL

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Clark Kent (in this series) strikes me as ethical, rational, and not Se/Ni. So, uh, that would leave ESFj and INFj.
Granted, I've only seen season one, so if there are character/personality shifts then I haven't accounted for those. But he doesn't seem to relish violence and even avoids seriously injuring his opponents if possible. When he does get harsh it's portrayed as him doing something he doesn't really truly like and doesn't want to be. He's low-key and not intense and he doesn't seek intensity. He's "softer" toward people, kind, tries to be supportive and understanding, both practically and emotionally. He's relationally oriented.
In some ways the series comes across like a cross between X Files and a teen soap opera. But I'm a sucker for positive portrayals of good family dynamics and characters that strive to make good decisions and be good people. It gives me warm fuzzies.
Oh, to find you in dreams - mixing prior, analog, and never-beens... facts slip and turn and change with little lucidity. except the strong, permeating reality of emotion.
Ah, you've refreshed some of my memories of the show. That all makes sense. He's definitely introverted, and I can see how INFj fits now.
Lois Lane, as portrayed in the series, could certainly be LSE. Definitely Extraverted and Logical.
There are differences in the portrayal of the comics and the TV show, but that could be due to differing subtypes. Comic book Superman is probably D-EII, but Smallville Clark Kent seems more like Harmonizing or possibly Normalizing, at least from what I remember of the series.
Quaero Veritas.
I thought Clark was XSE. I almost like the idea of ESE actually.
Chloe - an Ne type
Lana - I don't know, maybe IEI
Lex - some Ti type... maybe a weird ILE-Ti.
With Lex I kind of see this thing going on:(I haven't watched much of this show)Originally Posted by The Socionist blog

To learn, read. To know, write. To master, teach.
I first watched this show when I was 12 or so and recently got into it again for nostalgia purposes. Only up to Season 2 so far. Will add characters on as I meet them.
Clark - EII
Lana - IEI
Chloe - Actor is def Fe-base, but as for her character, I'm surprised no one pinged ILE.
Lex - EIE and my favourite character so far by a mile. His character arc in Season 1 was amazing.
I’ve never seen it on tv, but it was, before being content blocked, on YouTube it’s fun.
Clark: SEE (solve all problems? ...by punching people hagghhaa).
Lana: actress SLI, playing ESI char.
Cloe: LSE (both actress and char).
Dad: ESE, both...
Mom: LSE, both...
Lex: LIE (no fair, bad Guys always LIE?)
Lois: ESE, both...
and, I love Alicia, minor character, so she must be EIE/IEI? .
...if U remember kids stuff you are only allowed to like Superman until you are 10 yo. It’s not cool afterwards...
...you can act badly and guess why bad guys are always LIE/ILI is because the LSE and SLI in the audience want to beat the ‘smart person’ as in, (audience POV) ‘I’m smart tooooooooooooooooooo.’
( I have to beat on LSE or...I I I (stutter) just don’t feel right.)

...I forgot Brainiac. You can tell by the way he moves the actor is SLE. He’s awesome.
