Apparently, there is a form of Linux called Tails.

I believe that Edward Snowden (LII) used it.
It seems odd to me that LIIs like free, transparent, open source software that anyone can see and modify, but they hate the idea of anyone knowing anything about themselves, like where they’ve been and what they’ve done.
What’s up with that?
