Yes, rather ESFp than ENFp.
me
Some quotes of him:
-"Fuck today, it's tomorrow"
-"Most of the songs I write are all love ballads
and things having to do with sadness and torure and pain: at the same time it's frivolous and tongue in cheek.
That's basically my whole nature, I guess."
-"I have a nervous energy that needs to be doing something.
I can't relax in bed all day and just do nothing. I think it's a waste of time."
-"I'm a man of extremes, you know, I sort of change from day to day like a chameleon and each day is different to me and I look forward to that. I don't want to be the same person every day."
-"I've got a few good friends, a big house and I can go wherever I want whenever I want... but the more money you make the more miserable you get. It just so happens that I have a lot of money."
-Love is Russian roulette for me. No one loves the real me inside, they're all in love with my fame, my stardom...l have this hard, macho shell, which I project on stage, but there's a much softer side too, which melts like butter.
-I don't expect to make old bones. What's more, I really don't care. I certainly don't have any aspirations to live to 70, it would be boring.
And well, i'm really sure he is ENFj... Would be intersting to see your opinion...

I agree classic enfj. Love those beneficiaries!!

I'm still gonna say ESFp (based on what little I know). The ESFp friend that I was refering to is a classic ESFp sensory subtype, but he's extremely intelligent. I could see him saying a lot of those quotes.
I'm not totally convinced of EIE yet, but it seems most likely. The wacky costumes and prancing around onstage are typical of EIE performers. Also, his voice has a thin, piercing quality as opposed to the thicker, sexier voices of SEEs. Also against SEE is the fact that his off-stage personality was actually quite restrained. He was also known for being sensitive, easily impressionable, and often suspicious and paranoid.
"Freddie was a complex man who often appeared shy and self-conscious offstage; on-stage, he was transformed. Charismatic, mercurial and totally in command, he touched everyone with his sheer brilliance and I feel privileged to have been there."
Here's a quote:
"I love to surround myself with strange and interesting people because they make me feel more alive. Extremely straight people bore me stiff. I love freaky people around me. By nature I'm restless and highly-strung, so I wouldn't make a very good family man. Deep down inside I am a very emotional person, a person of real extremes, and often that's destructive both to myself and others."
You might be right, this thin, piercing sounding voice seems to be characteristic for EIEs. I hadn't thought about that before.Originally Posted by Rick

So what you think about:
Brian May (my version - IEI(INFp):
Roger Taylor (my opinion SLE(ESTp):
John Deacon (think, he is ILI(INTp):

Boy, Brian May looks geeky!
Does it mean on default, that he is IEI?.. =)))Originally Posted by Rick

Haha, sometimes. Many IEIs are very goofy. Brian May reminds me of jazz guitarist Pat Metheny, who also has the geeky hair and goofy appearance.Originally Posted by Fairy-Wilbury
I think these typings could be correct. Roger Taylor reminds me of Anthony Hopkins and a little bit of Rutger Hauer (both SLE in my view). However, on some pictures he puts on a dreamy expression. Clearly his biography would point towards a sensing type rather than intuitive, though. The bassist could well be ILI, but I was thinking ILE might also be a possibility. Brian May seems to be in his own unfathomable world.
Mercury said their group was really cohesive, so I would not be surprised to find all or most of them to be from one quadra. Of them Mercury clearly seems to be putting on the most airs and to have the most dramatic and stiff persona. Maybe it's because he's trying not to open his mouth when he smiles to avoid revealing his buck teeth
Here are more pictures of all of them:

Yeah, I agree with you..=)
Yes, he has something in common with Rutger, I noticed that too))Roger Taylor reminds me of Anthony Hopkins and a little bit of Rutger Hauer (both SLE in my view).
Well, he's suggstive finction is , and he had 3 guys with in the group  :wink:However, on some pictures he puts on a dreamy expression.
Well, he was allways very good at financial part, so he is rather than And he was very quiet guy, never talked much. Even the group wasn't sure for a long time whether he is John Deacon or Deacon JohnThe bassist could well be ILI, but I was thinking ILE might also be a possibility.
Yes, that reason does exist to=)))) But really he was very dramatic person with deep feelings, and he talked about it very much...Of them Mercury clearly seems to be putting on the most airs and to have the most dramatic and stiff persona. Cheesy means contrived in one's attempt to be cool. Queen is pretty cheesy you must admit.Originally Posted by Fairy-Wilbury

yup, I agree, but that's a part of their charm =) and yes, he was)))Originally Posted by NekoBus

Freddie's an ENFP. Rock stars tend to lean toward NF; it's part of the whole idealism factor and their interest in the human condition. I wouldn't say ENFJ.
vilnius school thread
seems like people there thought he was ENXj. somehow i think ENFj works, too.

Mercury fits the bill by miles.
