A typical male sensitive artist that oscillates between wanting to be a badass that gets under people's skin and wanting to be the mama's boy victim that is hurt by the world and wanting an uppity gay male or woman to save him from his own misery.
He reminds me of somebody that might of grew up in the suburbs, or understands sleepy suburban life quite well, but also deep down felt he was better than all of that, in that arrogant artistic way. "I have to find myself!" he said in that uppity narc straight male way. When nobody cared, they just wanted him to get a real job but instead he had to prove to himself that he wasn't a loser like all his other classmates. That he could be....somebody.
His music sorta slams at you but then it doesn't, like a bisexual surfer boy in june half-sociopathically splashing water on your face. You kinda feel it, but it also sorta washes over you and spills out your sides, the way bisexual males do. It's that mix of mama boy suburban loserness and sort of wanting to love that but also wanting to love the bad-ass all male exploring side to the psyche. Throat fuck some tattooed whore just cause you can man, cause you're a GUY. DO IT. DO IT. DO IT.
He would be amused by me and we would get along, and he would go from following me around like a child needing constant emotional help and validation - to feeling smug and superior to me because he'd be slightly better at all these physical things than me and also more of an artist in a 'real way.'
lol analyzing people is ADDICTING and it makes you be an ASSHOLE. Dj I see the temptation now. BUT DON'T BITE. DON'T GIVE INTO THE FIRST EVIL OKAY.
I think Homme grew up somewhere in the Mojave desert actually. And before Queens, his old band did a lot shows in the desert to boot. Other than that, your analysis was alright.

I've been reading some interviews, not sure yet.

Facial expressions remind me of Ashton. His girlfriend is definitely Se/Ni valuing, probably extroverted; SLE, SEE, EIE come to mind
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...
Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
Whilst our laughter echoed,
Under cerulean skies...
That's Brody Dalle of Spinnerette and formerly the lead of the Distillers. I can't decide on quadra yet but I'd put good money on SxE.

Bump. What type are he and Jesse Hughes?
I thought Fe-EIE and SLI for Homme and Hughes respectively, but they seem fairly amicable for conflictors.

ESI-Se is his best fit....the 'keeping it real' type. Yielding, Introvert, Rational, Negativist, Serious, Ethical
So josh homme assaulted somebody....SO what Naomi Campbell assaulted people. Nobody ever confuses her for a T-type. She assaulted somebody on an airplane. That's just Yielding > Obstinate.
watch an interview with him and listen to his vocal pitch, tone, cadence. He sounds too fem for SLI. He doesn't sound super, flaming gay but if he said he was gay I wouldn't be surprised. If Sean Penn said he was gay I would be surprised. Too fem for SLI or SLE. It's the same with Chuck Norris and James Hetfield. They both act in ways that seem more stereotypically SLIish, but when you actually hear them talk it's like somebody just drained the testosterone right out of them. Homme sounds that way because he is thoughtful and reasonable (Rational > Irrational). He has that pitch because nature has not produced in him a cognition for argument (Ethical > Logical). He's verbose. McQueen and Penn are terse. Whenever you read about somebody getting into fights and shit, and then you hear them in an interview, and they have wimpy, gay voices, you are not dealing with a SLE or SLI. So try not to let the fact somebody is yielding type cause you to mistype them SLE or SLI.
Listen for yourself....he talks in a fem cadence:
And SEE-Se obviously doesn't work....Homme is more of a clever attention whore, than he is a funny, in your face, outrageous attention whore like SEE-Se....he's not Mr. Excitement. He doesn't have enough upbeatness, passion and charisma for SEE-Fi....he's too prickly for SEE and comes across as more on the distrustful side that he does on the too quick to trust (Negativist > Positivist).

I guess having high testosterone means you do things like punch your school teacher and beat up other kids then laugh about it? Right?Or does it mean you drive around town listening to music by yourself because you cant connect to people? shit gets confusing.
Anyway ESI is not a bad typing.
Vi's kind of EIE, but doesn't strike me as one in interviews. Queens of the Stone Age, based on the albums I've listened to, vaguely reminds me of the Black Keys, Green Day and Johnny Marr's solo work thematically and aesthetically - lyrically placid with safe, instantly gratifying riffs. Could be Gamma.
