liver (chilled raw) of cod fish by "BarentsRus" - 200 g
white bread
then
ceylon tea "Tipson" N1
assorted chocolates by "Babayevsky"
chicken baked with prunes
generally, to sunday I cook something "special"

Angus beast, spicy Montreal rub, Sriracha, chives, bacon ranch, spinach, tomato, kaiser roll.

I eat at restaurants for nearly every meal. It seems to cost the same as eating in. I do not understand why people cook. It is too expensive to go to the grocery store. All you do is throw it in the trash.
Restaurants are easier.
I often eat at gas stations. They are normally cheap and pretty good too.
This was taken a few months ago but it's still relevant

Small amount of rice, chicken herbs soup, steam fish and veggie.
4 pills of spirulina and a glass of water about an hour ago.

i have no pics but i've been eating daily honey cured turkey + gouda pananis made on a george forman grill. they are delicious.
