I should've posted a picture of the Lasagna I made a few nights ago. It was great. I feel so weird cooking meals for just myself.
Sliced boneless beef rib cooked with tomato, Montreal rub, and garlic Sriracha on onion bagel.
Obviously I feel a need to stand between the light and target while taking photos.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. Going natural is really pretty awesome and it's actually shockingly easy for me. The one thing that is really hard for me however, is slowing down and actually taking time to prepare my own meals because I'm at work all day and want a fast lunch followed by a fast dinner once I get home. But I'm managing and it makes me oddly happy on the inside to come home to fresh fruits and vegetables and not some disgusting frozen dinners that do more harm than good. Just don't buy junk foods and it should be easy. I avoid the inside aisle of grocery stores at all costs because that's where all the crap resides. I'm already excited about this.

First omelette I ever made. It was super yummy.

I need to make changes to it, I'm going for an english muffin instead of a kaiser roll
Then I'm topping that with spinach, tomatoe, and hollandaise.
I just cook the salami in a pan a little bit and then crack an egg on the grease, let it sit, flip the white part over and allow the yoke to cook in the middle to the desired level. Takes like 2 minutes.
The cheese is mozerella and the spice is oregano and cumin with some green onion added.

The thing that makes ramen so bad (the stuff bought in the store, anyway) is the ridiculous sodium content.
Dunno how you're preparing the ramen but I usually use as little water as possible and add a bit of meat and frozen vegetables while the noodles cook. It is much more satisfying that way (and, ramen being what it is, much less sickening), and still very economical in terms of cost and preparation time.
Bleh, I don't understand how people can stomach that bland trash. There have got to be actual Mexicans in your sector making real food with fresh ingredients, and almost as cheaply as TB too. I'm guessing this sort of eating is for convenience's sake, esp. in terms of what's available near your workplace.
There are real Mexicans everywhere. When I lived in a tiny town in South Western Virgina some Mexicans set up shop in the Wal * Mart strip mall. It caused a real stir. I was enjoying it one afternoon and I heard a local guy say "I don't like them terrorists, but thems some good chips."
