You do know that D is extroverted and task oriented, I is extroverted and people oriented, S is introverted and people oriented, and C is introverted and task oriented... right?

What do they mean by their version of E/I ?

I'm socionics IT and myersian ET. I think I'm C-first or something, despite the test results. I'm interested in leading, but I don't really like to intimidate people, and I'm task-oriented rather than people-oriented.

I don't think I relate much to D or S.

I think it's more related to Etypes than socionic types or myersian types :
