I think my use of the term Ni-Polr may have been misleading. Before I thought the US were 'Gamma/LIE' too, but now I think culture doesn't conform to model A, meaning a culture has no type. That assumption was foolish on my part anyway. A culture might value some IEs and undervalue others, without it having to do with any type or quadra.
American culture is very Te and Fe. It values Se but not Ni.
French culture values Si and Fe but not Ti.
German culture values Ti, Te, Se and Ne, is ambivalent about Fe, Si or Ni, and doesn't value Fi.
