I'm not really a fan of Bobby Flay, since there is something so pompous as his one show where he (the professional chef) goes to beat amateur or small town chefs at their own cooking game. I never found him nearly as interesting, entertaining, or informative as Alton Brown.I think Bobby Flay could be ESFp. Not sure tho.

Yes, some ESTps do have pale, piercing gazes, which is uncomfortable. I always get a kick out of the "statuesque" portraits because lack of life energy usually reduces vi chances to near oblivion.I think Bobby Flay could be ESFp. Not sure tho.

He once approached a chef who appeared to get really threatened by the idea of someone challenging his one of a kind tasty donuts. Almost declined the challenge. Wasn't going for it. I don't have any reservations about his show...as long as the other chefs go along with it. Wow, lol, that IS an SLE ... hahaha! Now I know what to look for in SLE people... the expression, the way they stand. It is very similar to the couple of SLEs I know in real life. Especially the way his facial expressions can be... the eyes bulging out, the very forceful use of language.

ENTj (or ESTj?) seems a better fit for him (vi alone). But he is an interesting case, as ESTp can be a tempting choice at first glance IMO.
I can appreciate what Carlos Mencia does (confronting and easing racial tensions and divides through humor) but he's not at all funny to me... This may sound weird being about Mencia, but has no edge. It's too contrived and not nearly dark enough for my tastes.

He's ISTj imo. I watched a documentary about him once and he shared that the reason that he continued making movies is to prevent his co-workers from been out of jobs even if it meant that he had to perform dangerous stunts in his movies. His house was like a maze with trapdoors and secret passageways, and his rationale of building such a house was to fulfil his childhood dream of living as if he were in a movie despite the inconvenience and impracticality of moving around in a house like that. Moreover, he also set a lot of rules in the house such as recycling of cans. He went into detail on the procedures about how one should recycle a can: step 1, wash the can to make sure it is clean inside. step 2, use a can crusher to compress the can. step 3, put the can on the floor .....No way is he ESTp. I would say Si ego, and Si quadra for sure. Even his expression in the picture would probably rule out Se.And he emphasized that the steps should be followed in that exact order and demonstrated how much space he had saved by crushing an empty can into a smaller size. Rather than thinking about how efficient his methods were, he seems to be more interested in the end result. Lastly, he is known for criticizing his son to the media by saying that he lacks drive, ambition and talent to carve a niche in the entertainment industry, and that they weren't close to each other.
His actions and motivations seem to convey Ti, Se and Ni.

First of all, this guy is not talking about Socionics, but about MBTI, so I have a few reservations about the things he says. First of all, the way MBTI describes information elements mostly reduces them to senseless Forer Effect ramblings that can be used to explain basically anything.
Then, he used Fe all the time, in a demonstrative fashion (sometimes mixed with Ne): e.g musically tapping his hands and fingers at 0:17 and 1:00 and 13:55. Makes funny faces and acts "super bubbly" at 1:22. He then rationalizes this by saying "I'm exaggerating right now, just for the sake of showing you the difference" (1:33, typical way of IEE making a point). "Once I start activating my Fe. I start... expressing myself and becoming a lot more interesting (4:33). IMO, he's giving perfect examples of demonstrative Fe.
He describes Ti with concepts that basically come down to what Socionics calls Si: "pretty passionless, pretty callous, kind of a monotonous voice" (1:14). "The way you physically use Ti...is just to relax all the muscles in your face" (2:09) Nowhere he mentions Ti as a form of "formal logic".
Another observation:
- 2:53-3:00 Fi emotionality, he relaxes his face around in demonstration 3:20, but the hurt still shows, even at 3:47 where he denies still feeling hurt.
I've listened very carefully to the video, but I guess I missed the part where he says ENFPs (I assume that's what you mean by IEE) are pathological liars. What I want to say about that: we should not forget that MBTI, as it is practised by many enthousiasts, is very much influenced by David Keirsey's descriptions of types, and the Keirsey ENFP is actually much more like Socionics EIE. BTW, He seems to critize leading and creative Fe types (in the Socionics sense) a lot.
So what type is this guy? I think it's pretty much clear only after a few seconds he's IEE! Typical IEE face (the guy looks like a Rick DeLong with blond hair), behavior is IEE, emotionality is Fi-creative, this whole video is basically an IEE rambling Ne and demonstrative Fe. He claims he can hide emotions, but in this video gloriously fails at the attempts. That he can be unemotional, as he claims it, is also not uncommon to IEEs:

Oh, I haven't typed him from this video alone. There is a lot of information and context that you're missing here trying to type him from one short video, resulting in you coming to some rather wild conclusions.
What he is talking about in this particular video has no bearing on his socionics type. There are quite a few members of MBTI communities who dabble in various others typologies and he has said himself that he identifies with Ti-Se and beta quadra values.
Anybody can be unemotional at various periods in their life. I haven't seen a single human being who would be brimming with emotions all the time. This is a very poor argument for typing someone.
