Psychologically:

Well I like to start with what we agree on.
You appear to consider yourself EII which means we agree on Fi/Te.
In your video you are quite unafraid to have your own opinions of things and you don't really form them around other people, and are unapologetic about them though also not mean; just... they're yours. This is a very Fi mentality which many Fe users could learn a lot from.

Te is also clearly seen in the way inefficiencies can be so irritating and how you have a very practical mind. For instance in the first video, youtube wasn't working for you and that was a logistical hindrance. Also how you mentioned enjoying being competent and how it can be lame when people do things like open the door for you. Little things like this are Te valuing competence/efficiency/independence.

Now, where we differ is in Se/Ni vs Ne/Si. I believe you are a Se/Ni user because your thoughts follow a pattern I have become very familiar with - which is one that is more single-focused and "relevant". The thought-pattern of Ne is very scattered and often not always traceable to what is relevant. So for instance, when Se users talk, the next thought they speak will be easily traceable from the previous thought as sequential. Or at least related in a way that the leaps aren't very large. This is because their perspective is tied into the Ni map and as they surf the Ni map, they pick up bits here and there that correlate.

For Ne, its really hard to know what they're going to say next. Which is very disorienting for others. Their thoughts have much vaster leaps and a lot of their perspective-forming is "on the spot", rather than from a previously formed map.

As for Se being above Fi, I can explain this better below:

Physiognomically:

+ Se: There are various signals that Se-Lead eyes give off. Since they belong to the perceiving functions, they'll most often act as drivers that steer the head and body in new directions. They have a penetrative quality to them and an ability to "connect" and "lock on" to focus points. Often they'll go long stretches without blinking. And they will also feel disconnected from the bottom half of the face, particularly for Fi users. It will be as if the eyes and mouth are not really in synch, and their expressions are syncopated. They'll also be alert and attentive. These signals are emitted as a result of needing to focus on sensory information intently, as Se is equipped to do, more efficiently.

- Ne: The eyes of Ne can't really stay still or stare very long, especially not when engaged in articulating thoughts, because the formation of those thoughts forces them to toggle many different often half-hazardly formed opinions and come up with something coherent. As the mind is engaged in this data-sythesizing process the eyes mirror the scatter-brainness of the mind and also scatter and move about, not fixating on any one point.

+ Te: The signals for Fi are joined with those of Te. Together they produce an effect of dispassionate and matter-of-fact articulation (speech) combined with a warming and personal processing underneath. So the "front" they put off is very smug and distant, while they hide an aura of inner feeling behind that. When Te talks it is like a domino effect. The words flow out without many halts or intermissions, tumbling onward without being too meticulous about them. In contrast Ti/Fe articulation is very meticulous, technical and delivers speech with warmth of impact and grace.

+ Fi: One signal that secondary Fi has is an unawareness of their mouth, which often leads to awkward facial expressions. For instance, sometimes as they're thinking one cheek will contract, causing their mouth to lift up on one side, while the other stays put. Or both of the muscles next to the nostrils will contract causing the top of the mouth to lift in a pseudo-smile that isn't really graceful and charming like Fe, but instead more accidental.

To contrast:

• An Fi lead type would have a rigidity in their body, and a type of calculated aura about them. Generally they don't have much energy, and their movements are either deliberate or they don't move at all. Movements are laboured, and there's a tangible energy loss observed with each one. With Se or Ne lead types, their body will almost seem like it is about to move at any given second, and there is an attentiveness about them. Even if they're not moving a lot, there's the "sense" that they can do so with minimal effort.
  
• An Fi lead type will have their whole face moving as a unit - in collaboration - while an Se/Ne lead will have their eyes dominating the face and being out of synch with the rest of it.
  
• An Fi lead will disengage from the environment a lot more, resulting in the eyelids dropping downward and their whole body literally pausing in time, as they go into their Fi to process an opinion about a matter - while an Ne/Se lead will have only very quick halts and resume the animation of their face soon after.

There are a lot of things I missed out, but I think this covers the basics. :3
It's quite impossible to convey every single signals as that would take an eternity. They're things you pick up on from observing others of the same type over time. I have an SeFi friend who I've had for about six years now, and who I've seen in low days, meh days, hyper days, etc. But I realized that itself doesn't prove anything. This is just my attempt to communicate something very nuanced. I don't expect to be successful but I at least gave it a try...o.o
