    Default Crossing the Creek

An ENFp has a boat and wants to get his friends across the river. It's a two-man boat and the ENFp must pilot the vessel (God help us).

The ISTp can't be left alone with the ENFj.

The ENFj and the INFp can't stand each other unless the ENFp is there to mediate.

None can swim, the river is deep.

How can you get these four across the river and keep them happy ?

It's simple. ISTp goes with ENFp and they never return. Beta NFs fight forever and everyone is happy.

    Take ENFj. Drop off ENFj.
Go get ISTp. Drop off ISTp.
Bring back ENFj. Drop off ENFj.
Pick up INFp. Drop off INFp.
Go get ENFj. Drop off ENFj.

(ENFj causes all the conflicts )

You got it. The trick is to bring the ENFj back.

Yeah the trick is to come up with a reason for why the ENFj should go back, so it doesn't seem rude or odd. Steal his keys and hide them, then get him to mention it on the second run if he wants to go back to find them, meanwhile take the INFp.

I thought this thread was a rhetorical question in itself. The solution for this riddle should be widely known. I really like this simple construction, because most people (especially children, who are probably the target group for this) wouldn't believe that a (perceived) step backwards could solve the whole problem.

EDIT: I'm referring to the OP of course.
