Maybe it's just my own opinion, but I have always thought that you and Ashton seem rather similar in terms of physical appearance. Not related to VI though.
I don't find you attractive, so I can't VI you as a looker, which is really what this is all about, ie VI my attractiveness.

It certainly is a personal preference. Gilly is attractive enough, but, I wouldn't say model material. I find it interesting so many members are reacting to go as far as to encourage him to go into modeling. <shrug>
It's all part of the plan to temporarily satisfy his ego and possibly send him to do his attention whoring in real life instead.
Reminds me more of the IEIs there, in the energy and the gaze.

I think Gilly's choice of pictures is a bit like misrepresenting the facts.
If I took a bunch of screenies from Stickam of him in different poses with different expressions (if I could even capture them fast enough), it would paint a very different picture.
I also dislike self-taken or posed shots for V.I. Posed can be useful, because it can be a sign of Fe ego (if they're always doing something different and never looking "natural", in any photo, ever), or non-Ne ego (Ne will try to take photos "unobscured" by abstract clutter; Rick made a blog post about V.I.'ing Ne base which I don't have time to look up right now that explains this a lot better).
I would also distrust a V.I. thread like this since Gilly has posted it up for a very specific purpose; similarly another individual might very specifically shape the sample of photos they present, most probably in an attempt to provide the aforementioned "uncluttered" photos (even if their motivations are not Ne motivations).
Just my thoughts.
