Yeah I'm stuck between ENFp and ENTp for Fry. I think his character is meant to be so comedically Ne that they didn't give him any judging functions lol.

To get a better sense of Fry's functions, I would recommend watching the episode where he gets those brain worms that make him smart.

Here's what I think

Fry - ISFp-Si (I decided that he doesn't particularly seem that Ne, reminds me much more of ISFps, Te-PoLR not Ti.)
Zoidberg - ISFp-Si
Bender - ESTp-Se (a typical TV show illusionary relation, you could say, like Brian and Peter from FG.)
Amy - ESFp-Se (contrary actually describes well that one episode where she and Fry got together, their overall relational distance and some superficial likeness.)
Professor - INTp-Xx (introverted and private, philosophical, has a more cynical laid-back attitude, and of the same mindset/zone as Amy. INTp works better with relations.)
Leela - ENFp-Fi (semi-duality with Fry makes really good sense, and how he doesn't live up to her expectations of Te.)
Hermes - ESTj-Te?

The Professor is a clear ILE. His inventions are repeatedly mocked by his peers for their impracticality. Yet he desperately craves acceptance from the scientific community. There are plenty of cynical ILE. For example, Einstein was pretty cynical about a wide range of subjects. He also does not exhibit the "introverted and private" qualities that you are ascribing to him.
