Reset? Alpha Quadra did that several times in the Good Old Days... if I remember correctly, we had one poll that had to be recreated twice due to errors. Just make the thing again, and do it right this time! (Maybe have a thread about how to do it right first. )

I actually feel that holding this thing every year could work. Although then it would be more of a pageant than a real government, but people come and go on here so a fairly rapid change in government figureheads seems fitting.
