    Lightbulb Delta Government for 2010

Nominees will be listed according to the Delta 2010 Census. Please vote five times total: once fom each type and once for anyone. This is a closed vote for Deltas only.

The nominee with the most votes for a type will be the 2010 representative for that type, with the exception of whoever receives the most votes overall. This person will be the overall Delta leader for 2010.

I'd like to nominate myself as an impartial judge for the Delta Quadra as I would not be inclined to be biased towards my own type. I demand I be added to the poll.

If it was democratic then why does the person holding the election get their name on top of the ballot?

Sorry, foreigner, it's hard to take demands seriously when they come from a PoLR.

Everyone knows that PoLR means "tendency to overdo it." I WILL enforce my polite request with overkill firepower.

ACTUALLY I just realized that statistically, either Abbie or Ryu will become the overall Delta leader. Since all the other types have many more name entries, odds are that the votes for other types will be way more spaced out. But in the LSE case, with just you two, either of you are going to recieve the most votes.

That, or you people might see beyond type and not consider it a factor in voting.

But if it works, how about adding an LII to the ballot? =D

OR MAYBE after all the votes have been tallied, only the highest from each type is brought back for the FINAL VOTE, where the leader will be determined.

...you did vote five times, right? I assumed voting for representatives and leader seperately would work out. Either way, I'm satisfied.

I did vote five times, but either way ESTj is bound to come out on top. If there are 10 people who vote, there are gonna be at least 10 votes divided up between you and Ryu, and 10/2=5, which would be the average number of votes between the two of you. But with 15 ENFps, that makes an average vote no. of 10/15 = .666.

Unless you can find another way to get your name on the ballot sooner.

Reset? Alpha Quadra did that several times in the Good Old Days... if I remember correctly, we had one poll that had to be recreated twice due to errors. Just make the thing again, and do it right this time! (Maybe have a thread about how to do it right first. )

Ew, people actually voted for UDP? What the fuck?
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

This is the most ridiculous thing ever imo, no one represents me, I represent myself.

OK, let's say we were to use your list, jewels isn't there and somavision - aka the penetrator is there as an IEE , not to mention some others, geee... ESTj's and "organisation", lol....

Also, for instance Tereg who typed as IEE was used as some sort of benchmark, which turned out to be false as he's changed his type since then, I suppose I can't see any relevance to the list no matter how I look at it.

Unless it's for fun? lol, i'm a party pooper then hehe

    I love you too Cyclops.
I don't think you're IEE I think you're Se dominant, probably SEE, but that doesn't mean I dislike you, love you or else-what. I do note you often look for/create a reaction, which is something that's kinda boring for me, but others enjoy it as do you as you've mentioned before, but that's just your Se in action I believe.

That's fine, I'm aware of your opinions regarding my socionic type and your reasonings behind them. I think if people have followed any of the interactions between us they will also be aware of this.

And of course they will either have their own opinions, or perhaps they will form them in time. I am aware that my self typing is not universally recognised and I am genuinely curious about others perception of me.

I have already received plenty of feedback from yourself and Pinocchio, frankly I do not desire any more. My last typing thread will serve as a record of this though.

I'm also aware that you find my behaviour boring and predictable.
Of course that is also fine.

I identify as IEE, I do not feel the need to explain that identification further.

p.s. Thank you to the person that gave me one of their votes.

Let's appoint an Official Pollmaker Appointer and go from there.

EDIT: Do we need to vote on that?

OK, let's say we were to use your list, jewels isn't there and somavision - aka the penetrator is there as an IEE , not to mention some others, geee... ESTj's and "organisation", lol....

Also, for instance Tereg who typed as IEE was used as some sort of benchmark, which turned out to be false as he's changed his type since then, I suppose I can't see any relevance to the list no matter how I look at it.

Unless it's for fun? lol, i'm a party pooper then hehe

yeah I don't really get this either. I don't really want to be ruled. And I wasn't listed!

Let's leave the ruling of others to Beta and go have a picnic, shall we?

Anyone volunteering for the position of pollmaker appointer so that you can appoint someone to create a poll to determine who decides whether or not you go on a picnic?

    Seconded.

There doesn't seem much practical purpose having a Delta "leader", so I assume most of the talk about this is jest and fun and games, in which case that's fine with me. But on a deeper level I do feel a bit of revolution against the idea of someone "ruling" me or ordering me around. It just... doesn't sit well.

If the selection of nominees was based on the least amount of controversy about type I'd probably be one of the top ones. Very few people have questioned my typing and even those that have usually come back around to INFj at some point. That said, I wouldn't really want to be the "leader".
Oh, to find you in dreams - mixing prior, analog, and never-beens... facts slip and turn and change with little lucidity. except the strong, permeating reality of emotion.
