I've been feeling braver of late. Or perhaps it's recklessness. Taking more chances. Is this good or bad? Remains to be seen, I think.
Oh, to find you in dreams - mixing prior, analog, and never-beens... facts slip and turn and change with little lucidity. except the strong, permeating reality of emotion.

No. He's a care giver and he was so sweet to me. Made sure I was well fed and taken care of, relaxed. I love what LSE say about things; I said I feel like all I do is sleep and he said "you're on vacation; that's what you're supposed to do."

I like that LSE compartmentalize things..."that's what you do" with activities, when you're supposed to do them.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

I really don't see how the second thing he said can be negative; the first is just plain fussy and rude on his part; OH sorry for the judgement

    You HAD to ask? LOL

It's kind of silly (sorry for the judgment! you asked!) for someone to appear like a deflated balloon and not just try new things for the possibility of having tried them, within reason or better yet within what is allowed under the law. I think what really sucks is not having enough natural energy to just do more of what is out there (as in what goes on in MY case!); oh well, what can you do? You do what you can with what you got. -oh, not my saying I should really quote that Nevermind, silliness.

    Um...

Yeah, you can't equate being brave with possibly being reckless because they don't relate. Both are adjectives and both relate to the activity you do and you don't have to be either one when you choose an activity or you can be either or; or neither nor. YOUR CHOICE
You can choose activities that are brave and not reckless, like gardening.
You can choose (of your own willing) to jump off a bridge; perfectly legal; yet very reckless and I'm not sure what intentions you may have in being reckless and brave in this case, but never the less, it's an activity and one that SOME people do.

Here's another really reckless and brave activity: picking up a bow and an arrow and assuming that you will fight the good fight, pick any fight, save the whales, the animals, the kids, the newspaper boy, etc, and starting to "hurt" others with them. Reckless, yes, brave, yes, against the LAW absolutely.

You'll get your head butt and a butt rub, you just have to talk sense to Maritsa and let her type Sol, say, ILI.

    The pawn has been moved.

    Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

My sister gave me a little book of dog-related quotes and quips for my birthday. I shall now share my resulting amusement by copying some of the ones that make me smile / laugh. (And if you don't share, you will at least observe.)

    For example:

"Anybody who doesn't know what soap tastes like never washed a dog." - Franklin P. Jones

    "Dachshund: A half-a-dog high and a dog-and-a-half long." - Henry Louis Mencken

"Eat a live toad first thing in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day."

"I wonder if other dogs think poodles are members of a weird religious cult." - Rita Rudner

"There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face." - Ben Williams

    Thank you

It's been one of my saddest ones. First I have spent most of the day trying to get through a huge pile of work. No celebrations whatsoever, except my sister coming over for five minutes to have a sip of wine with me. But worse, today was the memorial service for a family member that took their life. Not only is the death itself sad, but it's so hard seeing and feeling the hurt of those who were close to him. There was hope and rejoicing in the memorial service, but the loss and grief is still felt strongly, keenly. I wish so much I could fix it, but the best I can do is offer comfort.

    Anyway, I appreciate the wishes.

I like it when I read the ingredients on a frozen package of corn and it says "corn"
