I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Works for me... I dunno what to tell you.
Stan is not my real name.
I listen to this early in the morning when I go take a crap:
wow the first part of that must be very painful heavy and shameful like your carrying a massive burden, then you get really solemn and then its onto the powershitting, dun dun dun dun dundun.
This is my hans zimmer piece for furious masturbation while people are trying to hunt me down and the clock is ticking....
then afterwards I get tired, sad, fall on the floor, but then pick myself up...
then I solve out a huge soduko puzzle that is the size of an entire room....
then the people that were hunting me bust down my door and they are like "I see you've solved our puzzle", and they challenge me to a chess game for the fate of the world....

I love this guy.
Song that was playing in my head as I woke up this morning.
One of my favorite songs of all time.
Wond'ring aloud, How we feel today. Last night sipped the sunset, My hand in her hair. We are our own saviours, As we start both our hearts, Beating life Into each other. ~Ian Anderson

Simply awesome.

I heard this and "fell in love" with it.
When I Fall in Love - Nat King Cole
When I fall in love
It will be forever
Or I'll never fall
In love
In a restless world like this is
Love is ended before it's begun
And too many moonlight kisses
Seem to cool in the warmth of the sun
When I give my heart
It will be completely
Or I'll never give
My heart
And the moment I can feel that
You feel that way too
Is when I fall in love with you
It's an idealistic song ("never say never"), but a lot of it resonates with me and my feelings toward love and relationships.
Oh, to find you in dreams - mixing prior, analog, and never-beens... facts slip and turn and change with little lucidity. except the strong, permeating reality of emotion.
