Dad: Do you want to take these water bottles with you (to your new apartment)? They could be useful for school.
Me: No, I'm good.
...
Dad: What about these water bottles?
Me: I have a water bottle. I'll be fine.
...
Dad: Are you sure you don't want these water bottles?
Me: Yes.
...
Dad: I'm putting these water bottles in this bag here, along with some vitamins.
Me: *ignores the bag*
...
Dad: *brings the bag to the truck*
Me: *sigh*

Dad: *puts a new A/C in my room so I can sleep during the day (I had a night job, and it was way hot down here)* Do you know how it works?
Me: Um, I'll figure it out.
Dad: *goes over and launches into an in-depth explanation on what each control does and how to use it*
--------------------------------------
Me: *calls Dad to have him bring extra boxes for my moving out of the dorm*
Dad: Will you be needing any trash bags?
Me: No, I think I have plenty.
...
*rinse, lather, repeat*
....
Dad: Are you sure you won't need any extra trash bags?
Me: *sigh* If it'll make you happy...

(Admittedly this habit, while less frustrating in this form, seriously pisses me off in other situations; it's pretty much a "no matter what you say/feel/want, you don't really have a choice; I'm going to do what I think is best" sort of attitude.)

To be, or not to be, — that is the question: —
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them? — To die, to sleep, —
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heart-ache, and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to, — 'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep; —
To sleep, perchance to dream: — ay, there's the rub;
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause: there's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life;
For who would bear the whips and scorns of time,
The oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely,
The pangs of despis'd love, the law's delay,
The insolence of office, and the spurns
That patient merit of the unworthy takes,
When he himself might his quietus make
With a bare bodkin? who would these fardels bear,
To grunt and sweat under a weary life,
But that the dread of something after death, —
The undiscover'd country, from whose bourn
No traveller returns, — puzzles the will,
And makes us rather bear those ills we have
Than fly to others that we know naught of?
Thus conscience does make cowards of us all;
And thus the native hue of resolution
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought;
And enterprises of great pith and moment,
With this regard, their currents turn awry,
And lose the name of action.

I really fucking hate this quote. Not really because of the message itself, but the girls who usually use this are nothing but self-entitled bitches who justify their actions with this lame quote; as if they were queens of the world.
FWIW, I also don't think this is a Delta quote. Seems more like a Beta/Gamma for me.

Your way of writing is weird.
I once had a ESTj teacher telling me how to conduct the school orchestra. "If you're going to be wrong, you have to be wrong with confidence." Delta?

I'm not really sure what you were trying to say here. It seems like English is your second language, and the meaning you were trying to convey is not always clear.
A soliloquy is a type of monologue used in plays, in which the speaker is relating their internal thoughts to no one in particular - it is meant for the audience and not the other characters. Hamlet, an EIE, is talking about his internal state in that quote you posted. Because he is EIE, it's strange to say this monologue reflects Delta values.And the bold part, what you mean by that?

No. I'm just explaining to you what a soliloquy is because you didn't seem to understand what I was talking about.
A quote by a known EIE, in which they talk about their own internal struggle, probably should not go in a thread for Delta quotes.And about the second bold part, what does it mean?

Nah, that's pretty standard performance advice. Were you to make some simple mistake and slow yourself down because of it, it draws a lot of unwanted attention to itself; but by simply moving on without drawing attention to it, odds are the audience won't care about it as much. There's a similar adage in jazz improv, that if you make a mistake then try to work that mistake into your set somewhere to give the illusion that everything was intentional.

Greensleeves
Alas my love you do me wrong
To cast me off discourteously;
And I have loved you oh so long
Delighting in your company.
Greensleeves was my delight,
Greensleeves my heart of gold
Greensleeves was my heart of joy
And who but my lady Greensleeves.
I have been ready at your hand
To grant whatever thou would'st crave;
I have waged both life and land
Your love and goodwill for to have.
Greensleeves was my delight,
Greensleeves my heart of gold
Greensleeves was my heart of joy
And who but my lady Greensleeves.
Thy petticoat of sendle white
With gold embroidered gorgeously;
Thy petticoat of silk and white
And these I bought gladly.
Greensleeves was my delight,
Greensleeves my heart of gold
Greensleeves was my heart of joy
And who but my lady Greensleeves.
