I like to think that the whole song is an EIE talkng to an LSI, and the voice at the end is the LSI

But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...
Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
Whilst our laughter echoed,
Under cerulean skies...
I can't stop listening to this song...it's perfect for how I'm sorta feeling right now.
FML!!!
Yesterday I knew nothing, today I know that.
But...I think i'll be singing this song eventually too. LOL
Yesterday I knew nothing, today I know that.
Bent - Swollen: nothing objectionable, but got bored of the repetition and started skimming through it; totally not in the mood right now to deal with a song like that (though on some levels it reminded me of Blonde Redhead, which is one of my fave bands, but one I only listen to in certain moods); really frickin' long
Leftfield - Swords: v1 - yes, did find that version annoying, lasted 1 min; v2 - interesting song, felt kind of 'slow' to me, but I didn't feel the urge to start skimming, let it play in the background
Royksopp - What Else Is There?: epicfail
Philip Glass - Prophesies: nice background music, non-distracting (got all my emails read to it), very soothing and the variation in note lengths kept it interesting, I'd listen to it again...and then it ended suddenly which made me go
(and I like 'How Does This Make You Feel', but then I really love AIR and I have a lot more patience for songs that I already know/like, I'm usually far more critical the first time I hear a song.)

Air is the shit.

FUCKIN' A
Air are absolutely awesome. A few of my favourite tunes by them:
(VID WTF)
"Elephant Woman" and "Top Ranking" FTW. I had a few of their albums for a while, but besides those songs they didn't really interest me.
WHAT! It's a fuckin' amazing tune!Royksopp - What Else Is There?: epicfail
You're not alone there. I think most people feel this way.I have a lot more patience for songs that I already know/like, I'm usually far more critical the first time I hear a song.)
Because I love all of them. I wanted to see how many of my own quadra also like them.
Also, it fuels the position that music tastes have nothing to do with quadra (thus rendering the idea of functions made evident in songs useless.
FTR, these songs are fuckin' awesome.
Wrong epicfail. I meant I couldn't open it, and cbb to go search it on youtube last night, so I haven't actually heard it yet.
I think there may be some very general correlations between music taste and quadras, but I'm not sure it filters down to the level of specific songs. Like all the music you listed here fit into genres I listen to, but in terms of liking a particular song, that's just such a personal process. It depends on what mood you're in, when you first hear it, where you're listening to it.
ps, fave AIR track: Cherry Blossom Girl
