Sometimes inappropriateness is the objective/goal. Shock and awe. I find that she is choosing to convey a sense of rebellion/freedom; straying from the conventional models of behavior. Obviously it is an "inappropriate" post. I do wonder though, if that particular shock inducing display....is in her best interests. In any case, pretty bobbies.
