OT, 5 minute mile?! I thought my 8 minute mile was great ...5 minutes? That's flying. How long have you been running? How do you increase it? I've only really been pushing myself the last month...before that I was running a mile in about 13-14 minutes, lol. It doesn't take long to get your body used to it, though.
