hehe, tbh, Franks jerkiness in the examples made me lol (in an OMFG?!? way). Sounds like somebody I'd love to know just to have a new character in my head to talk about... as a good friend though... errr.... idk lol
no idea about his type at this time though.
"damaged" SEI sounds about right or maybe ILE?
sounds like a damaged ENTp.
The healthier ones don't like Fi stuff, but can fake it pretty well for the short term.
Hi! I'm an ENFP. :-)
I'm a bit confused as to him and his deal with emotions, but I'm actually thinking SLI.
Why do you think he is Fe-valuing? From what you wrote, he seems pretty ignorant of emotional states and does not deal with them even when he notices them.
Surtout, pas trop de zèle.
he is istj i think
Consider the possibility that his personality is largely determined by non-Socionic factors, and that your efforts to type him will remain fruitless:

“I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that.” --- Pippi Longstocking
From that description, he sounds like an unhealthy ILE to me as well. I have known two who have done things like/behaved similarly to the way you describe "Frank."
EDIT to add: The conversation where he talks about eggs to avoid delving into something that might involve emotions/emotional support [for lack of a better word atm] almost perfectly mirrors something one ILE-Ti I know has said. Fi-PoLR, I guess.
