She tested as ISFj. She seemed extraverted to me, but I thought I might have been picking up on her "j" and "s+f."

uhh. i just took that and came out as ILI.
the socionics.com test has given me fairly good results with people. maybe ask her to take that?

With that test discredited, I am almost positive she is my semi-dual. Any advice? I'm marrying this girl.

I don't know enough about semi-dual relations, but I think they're fairly up there in terms of compatibility. You'd probably each just over-develop your HA's to compensate for each other's PoLR.
