Probably pay no attention whatsoever to the writer, artist 'background music' where people sort things out psychologically, internally. So they can't be truly self-renewing.
I've learned that, I don't care if you're busy or pushy, as long as you can discuss internal processes. I think people are really onto something here, if they take psychology/self-help seriously. But everything worth taking seriously, is worth making fun of- so you should do it in humor.
That's why I'm addicted to philosophical, idealistic media with good moral messages that are never too preachy. I think this is because, I grew up in a family where basically, self-hatred and learning how to forgive were taught rather than going on the offensive.
Basically I'm all about seeing my true internal moods and struggles displayed externally. Either through a work of art or whatever.
I'm not talking about a play with everything, but the exact philosophical struggle acted out. Buffy had tons of this.
Pink's new song, umm what's it called has the same thing. She's an SLE isn't she? Yeah, Betas are good at this I think.

There’s not anyone I really hate, but there are people I avoid... people who are passive-aggressive; turn everything into a melodrama; whine/complain a lot; and/or seem untrustworthy; etc.
Overly aggressive, loud, emotional and judgemental people.

the easiest way is for you to say something stupid and act like you know what you're talking about and argue with me about it, and i already hate most of you on this board. well.. you know, it actually varies across different social situations. in real life i'd say it's to be loud over stupid things and judgmental over stupid things.
or in discussions it's to try to gain alpha male status over me, or for females it's to act like you're a queen
