I have a few people that I really probably should hate, but time just fades it.

In two of these cases, the people I "should" hate were abusive and manipulative just out of sheer stupid insecurity. Verging on what I couldn't call anything short of evil, even though I'm not sure how I feel about using a term like that.

The thing is, I removed myself from their sphere of influence, and so now I have no reason to hate them. They remain influential to a person I dearly love, and that has done more than anything else to make me distance myself from that person. Which sucks, because I miss her, but until she gets those people out of her life, I can't really have her in mine.

lol, ESFp's (in my experience) tend to just let people do there own thing.

You can dislike the negative aspects of your dual's base function. I like Se, but obviously Im gonna get angry if people wont even listen to an argument or tell me what to do. Motivation, winning, sex, willpower, and playful bullying is great, but not even Ni's like to be punched in the face just because they value Se.

ILI's are not pushovers.

The ones I know always want to be doing stuff that requires your active participation and if you express a desire to do something else (particularly when you'd rather do nothing than what they're pointing to) they at best give you a blank stare, if not try to goad you into doing it anyway.

I get annoyed by people who do no effort to understand or co-operate yet still judge and act ignorantly towards others.

I also dislike it when I am often surrounded by people with a mouth too big for their own good but who actually mean everything they say and think they are the most brilliant person in the world and who try to prove everyone else wrong and also act very loud about it wanting to get attention.
Sometimes I just dislike being around such people if it goes on for too long. I'd rather spend my time with someone else.

I wouldn't like being involved with a backstabbing, gossiping egotistical bitch with no brains.

This is not about hate, rather the dislike of occupying my energy and time with particular people issues. The thing I would really dislike is if I'd put my good will and energy into somebody who would disrespect me or other peers as individuals and wouldn't be worth my trust in him as a friend or collegue.

Really? I seem to have this sort of problem with ESFjs. If I don't want to do what they want they get irritated with me as if I am rejecting them or something. I tell them I'm fine with just doing my own thing and they can do whatever they want but I usually get an irritated look followed by an okay because they know I will do what I want reguardless of any pressure from them. With ESFps, when I don't want to do what they want to do, they do try to convince me to join them (which doesn't bother me) but when I don't budge I usually get a sad look or called a sarcastic name and then they laugh and I laugh and we go our separate ways.

yeah, someone told me the only way to get an Se person to listen to you is to use Se. So the ESFp will leave you alone after you do that (theoretically. I have never experienced this though). IME for alpha SF if you express emotionally that you dont want to do something they leave you alone.

I guess that makes sense. I usually don't show an emotional response. I just tell them it doesn't seem like fun to me or I'm tired or I just don't feel like doing it without showing an emotional reaction. So... what kind of emotion should I show? lol.
