I always get comedic ISFp's and ENTp's confused. They seem to have the same flavor of comedy. I'm thinking he's one of the two?

I actually agree, Chappelle ENTp and Mencia ESTp. I also considered Mencia possibally being ENTp instead, but the ESTp fits him better IMO.

The passive part and the whimp part, I see as well. Very self-defecating. That's why I thought ISFp. But INTj...hmmmm, interesting.

I remember seeing that episode of Chappelle's show, that was funny. The racism of the show at times gets a little too heavy though. On the other hand, I don't see the humor in Mencia's show.

He's like the guy who makes fun of other people so that they won't mess with him. I decided not to watch the show anymore ever since I saw the episode where he was saying that people with cordphones are retarded... I'm sure that he doesn't even know how one works.
