Huh? How do you eat yourself? Isn't it painful? Do you start with your legs or something and work your way up to your mouth? If you eat your stomach, can you still eat?

E.g. eating the skin around my nails, biting on other parts of the body, drinking my own blood etc.

If you ate your own stomach, you would die somewhere along the line, but you could still eat if you had the strength to do so.
