Being supervised always goes terribly for me.

I'm going to say supervisor, but we don't get into outright arguments. There's no fiery irritation. My boss is one - I'm just so tired of the perpetual misunderstanding. It's amazing. If we're deciding on a course of action, we have to clarify everything we say five times. I enjoy talking to him because he's a really intelligent guy, but I get tired of feeling that I've just said exactly the wrong thing. Like he's quietly thinking that I'm a frivolous airhead. Supposedly he does not hold this opinion of me... but 98% of the time it feels like it.

Conflictor. Supervisor is okay in very small doses. I just know not to get any deeper with them and keep things as superficial as possible. Can't be all jokey and huggy and loveable with them.

Supervisee is OKAY too if we're doing a project together, as I feel comfortable performing actively in front of them more than any other type.

In my experience, super-ego relations are the worst I've come across. Conflictors seem like such different people that their words don't seem to have as much 'bite'

    really? more than ISTj?

i would say superego because there are misunderstandings AND clashes in how we act. every single damn thing. different approach to what should be done.

Next, probably comparative, if its in a situation where there must be conflict. I pretty much get along with everyone though until i decide to push on a particular issue.

I haven't known a conflictor closely enough to say, really...I can imagine conflictor would be worse, but without actual experience I couldn't really vote for it, you know? I get along with my boss in general, it's just that I can't ever intuit what he wants. The misunderstandings are exhausting more than anything.
