And for those not in the know ...
If you do not get a 404 error, you are probably an introvert. If you get a 404 error, you are probably an extrovert.
hahaha
Lol, apparently I am an introvert.
Necker Cube Experiment
Results
The cube flipped 0 times in 30 seconds.
The results of the personality test show you are an introvert
So did the the cube flip at all for anyone else? I mean, I know they were trying to trick me into thinkint it was

Apparently I am an extravert - it gave me the passive version and the cube flipped two times.

...you're supposed to make the cube flip.
Hanging around ENTp's has made you TOO wary, apparently.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...
Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
Whilst our laughter echoed,
Under cerulean skies...
It flipped 22 times for me.Originally Posted by UDP
i got the passive version too. it flipped 9 times, giving me an 'introvert' result.
It seems that this test goes by various assumptions using two diffrent test.
1. That on the passive version of the test, the theory is that extraverts will literally wait and notice when the cube has flipped and correctly hit space when it flips. On the other hand, introverts will not wait until the cube flips and will even imagine that the cube is flipping and hit space when the cube does not really flip.
2. On the active version of the test, the theory is that extraverts will try to make the cube do more positions, and introverts will spend more time observing the effects of individual flips, meaning that extraverts will hit the space bar more often.
It is an interesting theory ... it should be tested more I think ...
I see it flipping 40+ times either way.

There were several time where I thought it might have flipped, but then I looked at the cube and noticed that it did not really move position so I did not hit space. Then I watched and literally saw the cube turn position and hit space and it did it one more time after that.Originally Posted by gilligan87

The cube changes each time you blink.

I dunno, when I look at it, I can see it flipping actively: I almost see the lines themselves moving into place in order to help the shape make sense in my brain. It's as if I'm watching two alternating pistons from above: at any given moment, one is coming towards me and the other is moving away. It's kinda hard to express.

hmm... 'balanced' sounds more appealing than the alternative...
I think like a man. haha
I do not even see a cube...
Oh shit man.
well, I knew what was going on, so I didn't see it flip at all. I had the version where you just watch it.
so I guess it really is irrelevant to me

I had to flip it actively. I got 37. I'm an introvert according to that test. It was really distracting that I had to press space. I tried it again later and I was waaayy faster, but I had forgot to press space. I think I actively flipped it twice in a second without the "space".
