Letterman is an ISTp. MAdonna is an ESTp 8w7. Craig Ferg. is among the few non-Ne/Si types that have lasted in late night television. Even Chelsea Handler, a very unusual ENTp 2w3, is an Ne type. Ni types, especially, would not last very long. First off, the job requires a type of routine polarized to most Ni and Se types. True, each day may be different, but this sort of job requires facial recognition day in and day out to the point that "you go to bed with them." It sounds odd, but it is true. Rosie O'Donnell, an ESTp 8w9, tried to pull it off, but failed. The funny part was that she furthered her infamous jousting of Se by quarrelling with her male equivolent, lol.
