true. I guess I just see it being done in a more pronouncedly 'ethical' way with Fi/Te types, but it's hard to qualify. I see the tendency in people like you and lungs though, fwiw.

I'm EII and it'd be more than just misleading to say I follow some ethical code/guideline/principle(s). Belief-wise I'm a moral non-cognitivist, and in practice rather... flexible? Like it's not too important to follow my own advice if not following makes life more fun. Peole that preach about morals or have strict guidelines tend to piss me off and I generally like upsetting them (often even if I think they have a point).
well, it's not like I think Fi types are doctrinal, just that there always seems to be an implicit (if distantly and generally manifest) code or method of ethical appraisal latent in their attitudes and behaviors. Ti/Fe types can have a 'code' of sorts as well, but it manifests differently -- more abstract than strictly personal. what I'm getting at can be seen in writers like tolstoy and dostoevsky: they never come right out and say it, but the way they comment on characters gives away a certain internally-held standard of value; I see Ti/Fe types being a bit more open-ended, in this regard.

Finished The Fall the other day and am planning on rereading a few other works soon, and IEI-Ni is still clear as day, 4w5 as well. I always assumed sp/sx, but his role does in a way seem more so-influenced, especially given that he's 459, so I'm not sure. I just assumed an so/sp 4 wouldn't ever resonate that much with me (so/sx is out of the question IMO).

    I agree with IEI.

Read a few of his books a couple of years ago. I can't remember them too well, but William Styron mentions him a lot in the book Darkness Visible. Styron really regretted not being unable to meet him, evidently he was a friend of a friend, and mentioned Camus view on life and how he liked to live it, which seemed incredibly Se seeking. He died in a car accident evidently after knowingly getting into the car with a terrible and fast driver because of Camus life philosophy, although Styron proposed he dealt with a deep depression and it was actually a suicidal act.

I edited at least one but don’t remember the name. It’s this kinda thing:

    http://www.paperbackswap.com/Great-D...oks/list/5169/

Except it mixed in outer space somehow. If I run across the title in any of my records, I’ll let you know as I’m sure you’re dying to read it.
