I've noticed I often have the desire to protect close friends if I feel they need it. I rarely know how to though, which saddens me at times. I don't know whether I'd be any different towards males or not, since all my close friends are female.

Also, women should keep it in mind; there is a lot of competition from gay men these days. It is less and less unusual for an attractive guy to be hit on by a gay attractive guy. I suppose it is the same way for women now too, with lesbians.
The positive side perhaps is that people will stop having fake BS relationships just to meet societal norms, and secretly, well, as the video says - sneak off and do someone in a car. "Cheating on your sexuality". But obviously there is still all the stuff that the undecided male is going through.
