Yeah, you're right. Jonathan Niednagel (ISTj) mentioned that in his BrainTypes book. He claimed that people with his type are less likely to be draw to this stuff, yet his is irronically one of the better ones for noticing and observing traits in people on an everyday basis. What I found surpising about some people is that they don't care to "figure" out the types of every person they meet.
