Default Can ESIs-ISFjs truly be described as "aggressors"?

I have a few ISFj friends and I've been wondering how it's possible that they are agressors in socionics? They are all very warm, calm people and in relationships they are not very bossy. How would you explain that, what does it mean to be an agressor from the socionic's point of view?

I'm not sure, but my ISFj mom is very pushy when it comes to her opinions.

Well if you know calm ISFjs then I guess they can't be aggressors.

Being an Aggressor means essentially that they're confident in establishing that there is attraction.

You must be Mr Perfect then - have you ever been around an ESI and done something wrong? They'll let you know. And all their friends must be Mr Perfects, too, because there is a chance you'd hear about their problems, too.

I don't see them as particularly aggressive or mean, just very assertive and direct in their beliefs. I actually like them for that. It bothered my ESE room mate that a female ESI RA (sort of student official in a dormitory hall) called him out on having possession of empty bottles, seeing how his is underage, and so on.

He interpreted her as being pushy, stuck up, taking her job too seriously, and being an ass.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.

QTF. I was so intimidated by girlfriend (when we first met) that I couldn't even introduce myself; we only got together after she heard that I liked her and made it painfully obvious that she liked me too.

i understand where you're coming from. by definition, with aggressors having in their ego blocks, they are aggressors. and yes, they can be pushing with their emotions- think about how they would use their creative function , to support their leading function .

I tend to agree with you Pauluch. ISFjs have been vastly mythized as being excessively more aggressive in comparison to how they really are, which is basically a dominant type afterall, one of the most passive functions of the socion. I've never felt intimidated by one, either there are the subtype that are the typical nice funny girl, or the subtypes that are the pushy bitches, but far from intimidating.

they are active aggressors, it's in their serious action. they always watch that people/selves are being kept within certain ethical/moral and behavioral standards.
Maybe, but you can basically still do what you want, as long as you tune out anything they say if they disagree with your behavioral standard. Compare them to how an ESTj takes proactive action instead on directing your behavior.

well coming from either a biased conflictor or supervisee standpoint, ESI's seem passive-aggressive if they are aggressive. more relationally manipulative. like they'll think of a way to turn something somebody says against them in the group. they'll make it look like the other person is an "offender" in some way or "evil". but you hardly ever see them as being aggressive in the classic sense....this would go against their relational ethics too much. so, they have to use it creatively.

Yeah, I know how to work well, and I don't give a shit about all else, so they annoy me immensely.

As far as Fi leading people, I generally like them a lot. Probably the type I get along the best with, is ISFJ-Fi
