Thanks sunshine, that was a good link. It only confirms again I am not an "extrovert"...something which i've pretty much known all along.

I liked that link too. I have been thinking about what the theoretical differences between MBTI and socionics were when it comes to I and E. One thing I agree with MBTI is that introversion and extraversion are very strong parts of our character setup. (At least it is for me since I am a very strong I). Since Jessica is an introvert, and I think everything points to that, it is a good start

Jess, do me a favour. Description of yourself and your hobbies, your beliefs and values, and maybe a few pictures.

I might do that when I get home. But I think i've posted more than enough pictures..and i did post 2 videos before. People are still confused, no conclusions were drawn. I don't know, i think it's a bit pointless as people are all across the board when it comes to my type; how i am online is NOT how i am in real life, I don't think people grasp that concept.

I don't even know why you let other people even convince you into ENTERTAINING the idea of you being an extravert. C'mon now!

I wish you would do a thread like the one Mona did. But if you feel uncomfortable talking about yourself that might not be a good idea.

Your plans for your life would be good, too. Expat once did typings based on ideal retirement scenarios; something along those lines could help.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

The problem with explaining myself is that is I'm a very indecisive person. Goals and hobbies and preferences and sometimes my personality seems change daily, i'm serious. It's hard to pin it down. Is that type related

I think where Socionics is definitely an improvement over MBTI is that Model-A makes it slightly more explicit that we have both introverted and extraverted functions and that there is sucha thing as an "introverted extravert" (SLEs can sometimes come off as rather introverted sometimes, especially when wrapped up in Ti), and an "extraverted introvert" (a .lot of IEIs are easy to confuse with their mirrors or illusionaries sometimes as they can be quite extraverted)
"How could we forget those ancient myths that stand at the beginning of all races, the myths about dragons that at the last moment are transformed into princesses? Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love."

Yup my brother is one of those IEI's People think we are very different, because I am bookish and withdrawn, while he is outgoing and gregarious, but function wise we work much the same. He is a Fe subtype.

Wow, I"ve never seen that before. That makes things much more clear.

    Nice article, Rick.

Guess that means Jessica and I are butt buddies. The latest thing for me has been to kinda figure out wtf i like to do since I feel like I like to do lots of unconnected shit.

And UDP it actually does help, cuz now instead of 16 choices you have 8!

You're too nervy to be an IP, Jess. And nervy you are; it comes through in your writing and in your videos. I don't mean nervous, I mean nervy.

But seriously, we need some sort of a description. This will be so much better. At the moment, we just have random clippings of your thoughts about bullshit, like the fact that you like puppies.

So talk about your beliefs and values. If they are erratic and yo-yoish, then say so. If you can't do that, then how about saying what you spend your time doing. Talk about what kinds of people you love, and what kinds of people you hate, without saying anything about certain types, or certain functions.

Why couldn't an IP be nervy? I'm won't deny it, I don't know much about socionics. But had you met me IRL, I can almost assure you estp wouldn't even cross your mind. But yes, I am going to post another thread on my type when i get the time..and this time it will be the last one.

Yeah really. There's no sense to that.

Seriously. I'm nervy and I've been told by several different people that I'm a troublemaker as well (in a fond sense of the word. um, I think).
