I thought Will Smith was ENFp because i like him a lot but i just had a look at some videos on youtube and i might have changed my mind. Im not good at typing celebs but maybe hes ESFj.
He seems to talk all the time about patterns which struck me as strange. He says he can see and studies the patterns of the universe (which kind of sounds like it is related to ). He said though that he wanted to be the greatest actor the world had seen and constantly talks about his incredible work ethic. Ambition and work ethic dont seem like huge ENFp traits lol.
I actually dont feel much affinity with many of the actors typed as ENFp. They seem mostly vapid to me. Possibly ENFp's dont make very good actors / actresses? I think the time of the ENFp has passed in the entertainment industry. I can bet a lot of them are dissolusioned by the way society is going. One day the cycle might return and some more might creep back in

Now this guy, Marcus Buckingham is an ENFp. If he is not i would eat my hat and change my own type.
He uses a low but kind voice tone. Uses hand motions a lot, and his whole series "trombone player wanted" is focused on people realising their potential.

yeah Will Smith is a tough one to type. I used to think ENFp too, especially after The Pursuit of Happiness (which is filmed as suuuch an ENFp themed movie). However, I think the actual real life main character was ESTp -- there is a lot of grittiness, manipulation and convincing people of things in the story that I think ENFps might wilt under and ESTps would thrive on. But Will Smith played the character as an ENFp in my opinion.
However, Jada seems kinda ISTj to me. So it would make more sense that Will Smith be ESFj vs. ENFp. He could also be ESFp of course.
I think the main singer of the Dixie Chicks might also be ENFp -- look at her song where she caused a stir right? In that rebellious ENFp way...
The more I think of it, I also think that Adam Sandberg? or whatever his name is that does the SNL skits is in fact ENFp because he completely reminds me of my ENFp guy friend. They are clones.
However, let's not forget that being one type or another doesn't always influence the way we act all that much -- just met an ENFp tonight who was incredibly boring and lacked a personality (and I never thought that would be possible). I really think if you don't let your true nature come out, you will be more boring than anything else.
And also Jennifer love Hewitt. Her new boyfriend from that ghost TV show she's on seems incredibly ISTp also...and I heard them say they had a "deep spiritual connection" which sounds like something and ENFp/ISTp couple might say..
Hi! I'm an ENFP. :-)
Yeah i can be boring and quiet if i cant be bothered or if im feeling tired
I would suggest Jennifer Love Hewitt is definately some type of delta. I know a girl who works with her on the set of the ghost whisperer and goes to her parties and has her on facebook. Im not totally sure of the other girls type but i know that two ENFp girls i know adore her as does an INFj so shes firmly in the delta circles.

Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

Wow, you do a lot of thinking about famous people. I am impressed with the length of that list.
IEE
I think he's wrong. I dont think famous people are that important, especially not actors or musicians or sports players. I just find studying them somewhat useful in getting an idea of how different types act, since we all see them in action; and there are lots of pics and videos of them to study.

I heard this guy was.

The ones on Socionic.us are probably IEE's, coming from from an IEE's (Rick's) perspective as well. I think Mariella/Slackermom said that she thinks Kirsten Dunst and Cameron Diaz are, if I remember correctly...
I'm of the opinion that Miley Cyrus, Rachel McAdam's, Stephen Fry, Kylie Minogue, Ellen DeGeneres and Elijah Wood are probably IEE's too

I was under the impression that Galifianakis was ISTp.
I don't think something like this would be something I'd see ISTp's doing very much of, tbh

I guess this is as good of a time as any to reveal where my signature line comes from
Anyway, I've never really thought of him as an ISTp. He's got this ADD vibe in the way he talks that makes me feel like he's more dominant.

I take back my initial ISTp vote for Galifianakis. I'm now down for Ne-ENTp.

Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?
I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE
