this could just be a weakness of my own. i'm not suggesting all intuitives must be that way. but i would expect it less from a sensor. and your athletic accomplishments are very above average.

[i wonder if there's anything to the idea that type has some physiological origins, that personality only later adapts to?]
Uhm. Thinking about my cycling career...I remember having many (and still have) ENTj colleagues-enemies. I'd say colleagues-enemies over just enemeis because they all behaved very differently than beta STs when competing (the beta STs were "dangerous" enemies, especially the ISTJs). Really non-cuttroathy and always friendly, even if of course we give all we have when we race. I mean, I haven't seen an INTp racing ever, and wouldn't expect it, but ENTJs are primarly Te dominants after all, which is probably the highest-energy function among the ones of the socion.

I do agree though that a point towards sensing and out from intuitive maybe is the fact that I tend to enjoy physical activities more than long thinking sessions. Even if it also depends on what kind of activity: i'd take long thiking sessions over detail-oriented work, but I'd take sports over long thinking session without a question.

Herzy did that but it was just a good natured observation.

Someone else implied that FDG brought in someone he had pre programmed with incorrect ideas, which is definitely could be seen as a hostile statement.

    Ok, I'll say it.

Awww look, Fabie brought a friend to defend *coughtranslateforcough* him.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,

I liked these questions so I decided to reply to them, too.

If there is a conversation in which a group of people is trying without success to come to some sort of conclusion/decision/agreement/resolution/whatever, what types of actions/communication do you feel would be most likely to make the conversation more productive?
I don't really try/am good at influencing "groups" of people. However, if I were asked to give an opinion on something, I would try to be as objective as I can be and predict how the events will develop, and give suggestions accordingly.

In conversation, how do you show someone that you're being sincere?
I don't need to show sincerity? I just am, I think.

How do the people around you know whether or not you like them?
If I like them I talk to them and am very friendly. If I don't like them I avoid them.

How are you most likely to respond when someone you're in a relationship with pisses you off?
I generally hold it and don't say anything until I explode all at once if offences accumulate. Usually, offences don't accumulate so I don't explode, that's why I use this strategy.

If you're hanging out with a group of people and no one's really saying much, what do you do?
Depends if the silence is awkward, or if we are say, executing a task all together. In the first case I might try to start small talk. In the second, I'd do nothing.

Think about all of the teachers/professors you've ever had. What did you dislike about the ones who were your least favorites?
Arbitrary grading, pomposity in explanation, excessive negativity.

Imagine yourself in 15 years, and you're exactly where you want to be. How do you spend your days? What kind of social life do you have? What kind of position do you have your position in your career? How do others see you? What's your favorite thing about being where you are?
First of all, I am not good at imaging myself in one year, lest 15. Anyway, I would like a job that allows me a flexible schedule, so I'd work 8 hours a day, but try to concentrate them at the very start of the day and at its end, and keep playing a sport in the middle. This unless I happen to like my job a lot. My social life won't be too big, I'll probably have the same core friends I have now. I have no clue about what my position will be, there are too many variables that can affect this. Generally, I don't want to go too much up util I am old and with a worn-out body, otherwise I'd waste too much time working, time that could be better spent with more active, pleasurable pursuits. My favorite thing...well generally I am quite content with whatever I do provided that nobody is trying to control me and I have enough money to do what I want.

Because MBTI is different to socionics methods of typing. Take someone who is on the T/F borderline. Say they're an INxJ. Does this mean that in socionics, they could either have Ti or Fi as a base function? I think not.
