I don't think anyone reads this thread anymore, but I will still continue to post anyway, out of interest.
Jang Geun Suk: Si-ISFp <33
Jo In Sung: Ne-ENTp
eunice, ISFp is correct, the INFj is wrong, she is an Sp type; the ESTp is really ISTp; and the ESTj, I am not sure but is an ST for sure.

Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?
I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

I used to think Fi-ENFp for Hitomi Yaida, but now I'm thinking Fe-ISFp
Thanks for the feedback.
For the ISFp, ESFj is a plausible type as well. Definitely Alpha SF for sure.
As for the INFj, I am very certain that she is an Si/Ne type. However, she seems more subdued as compared to the ISFps I have known.
What's your opinion of Andy Lau's type?
Yeah, she seems more ISFp.
Choi Si Won: ENTj

NO
Probably INFj
Hwang Tae Kyung: Ti-ENTp is not ENTp; he's more likely ESFj

TV characters from the korean drama "Beethoven Virus"
Kang Gun Woo / Kang Ma Eh (conductor): Ne-INTj
Du Ru Mi (violinist): Fi-ENFp
Kang Gun Woo (trumpeter): Si-ISTp
If you are basing it on VI (i.e. the actual actor rather than the fictional character), I agree with your typings. The actor who acted as Hwang Tae Kyung is definitely an Alpha SF.
Of course not. Anyone can contribute to this thread. I think he's a great actor. I do not know much about him, but he seems Gamma to me. I have actually thought of Ni-INTp.

I'm trying to figure out the guys from the comedy duo Rahmens (ラーメンズ).
Jin Katagiri (片桐 仁) is on the left, Kentaro Kobayashi (小林 賢太郎) on the right

Katagiri seems like some kind of ENFp, Kobayashi ISTp?
Starting with "Choi Si-Won".....
Based on his photos, he seems like an Extravert.
Videos of him:
His colleagues describing his daily routine:
Process > Result?
A monologue in which he talked about himself:
Here are some snippets of his monologue:
Negativist>Positivist?0:50 where he discussed about his weaknesses: "I think I'm rarely satisfied with what I do. Something is always missing. If I performed on stage, I'd likely regret it. If I filmed a scene, I'd likely regret it too.
Seems rather Alpha to me. Delta is likely though, just that Delta types seem less concerned about about fame and attention imo.1:24 where he discussed about his motivation to be an actor/singer: "For me, it's a chance to make my name known.....As I believe that I can live only once, I'd like to be famous and do lots of charity work.
He talked a bit about Ne. Seems to suggest that he welcomes it, but too much of it leads to a lack of conclusion.4:41 where he talked about his opinion of having 13 members in his group
In addition, the impression he has given me so far is that he seems Serious>Merry.
My conclusion? ESTj, but it's more of a weak typing.
If J-pop girls count, here's a couple.
If you want something at all relevant or mature look, that could take some work.

The following interview is in English:
eunice! (Or anyone.) I need some Korean expertise.
Kara's Park Gyu Ri.
*NOTE: Pics are the most un-made-up I could find.*
She gives off some elitist "I'm above this" vibes; but for a girl-group member, it's kinda refreshing.
Delta-ST of some sort? (SLI maybe?)
This thread is too much east asian and not enough west asian! Here's a little to balance things out!!
I've been curious about Shah Rukh's type:
Seems Fi-valuing, pretty good at Fe. other than that i'm not sure. heck i'm not even sure about that.
Any opinions?
Enneagram: 9w1 6w5 2w3 so/sx
Bacause I tend to like guys who are like him, especially the way he talks and expresses himself? ;-)
Gyu Ri seems rather Gamma / Delta imo. I'm thinking of Te-ISTp or Fi-ENFp. Not sure which one yet.
I'm thinking of Fi-ESFp. Used to think that he is ISFj though.
Amitabh Bachchan: Ni-ENFj
I watched one of his movies once, and I thought he was really charismatic even though I didn't know who he was back then.
In addition, his daughter-in-law, Aishwarya Rai, and son Abhishek Bachchan are Ti-ESTp and Fe-INFp respectively imo. It also seems rather evident in the photos they have posed together.
I've seen this a couple times before (in several members' typings), and I'm honestly kinda fascinated.Originally Posted by eunice

Yeah i'm not quite sure why this is, but it can happen, namely mixing up one dual for another. Maybe because the values are the same, not sure. Actually when IEI and beta was not quite fitting me, i went searching among the other introverted type descriptions (before i realized i was extravert) and i did feel some strong recognition of myself in the SLI description. Just to bring the point home.
DO i???I'd LOVE to balance some with you, but have no idea where to start.

Are you sure you want to get me started?
Some of my favs off the top of my head, and must sees (with english title translation):
Kuch kuch hota hai (A little something is happening [in my heart])
Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham (Sometimes happiness, sometimes sorrow)
Kuch Naa Kaho (Say no more)
Veer-Zaara
Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (A match made by God)
Jodhaa-Akbar
Swades (We, the People)
Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (The Good-hearted will take the bride)
Some of these you can actually watch on youtube in like 20 installments, with subtitles. I saw jodhaa akbar on instant netflix, if you have netflix. I think they've added some more to instant now too (yay!).
Whenever you finish these i have lots more to recommend.

Eunice, thank you for posting these because they were going to be my next few!
Interestingly, Ashton and I discussed Aishwarya's type a few weeks ago, and we came up with Ti-ESTp too actually. Well he did. I needed some convincing because I had no idea that was the SLE "look" and demeanor, but when juxtaposed with Madonna, the similarity really is UNCANNY. And now watching that BBC interview, I totally see it.
I'm not as comfortable typing INFp's yet, but i guess i can see abhishek being INFp. He does have a similarity to Osama a bit. And the Fe, for sure. When i first started getting into Bollywood movies, one of the first movies I saw was Kuch Naa Kaho (it was actually the first movie Abhishek and Aishwarya acted together i think). After that movie he was my FAVORITE actor for a while. But really in all the other movies afterwards that i saw with him acting, the appeal sort of faded. Now i'm thinking that the duality pairing with SLE Aishwarya may have explained why I liked him so much in Kuch Naa Kaho. The other movie that i liked him in, sort of, was Refugee, where he co-starred with Kareena Kapoor. (What's her type you think? Fe-valuing for SURE!!!!)
Shah Rukh is my fav now!!! I also absolutely love Kajol. I'm curious about her type too. I identify a LOT with her, so I'm thinking she might be ENFp.
p.s. oh and i totally agree with EIE for Amitabh. the way he acts! What about his wife Jaya? I dont think she's LSI.

Oh, here are the pics:
Kareena Kapoor:
I'm actually thinking SEE seeing that pic (b/c similar expressions as Khamelion), but really unsure. She is so obnoxiously Fe in her acting, i find it annoying.
Kajol:
I still think IEE.
Jaya Bachchan:
young Jaya
current Jaya:
Actually looking at those, i'm thinking EIE for her too. Her young pic looks a lot like a much tamer version of Snookie (who I type EIE). So Amitabh married his identical if i'm right about this.
Let us not forget that many indian marriages are arranged (with some input (maybe) from the bride and groom to be), especially among the stars. I'm not sure whether theirs was a love marriage or not; I know Abhishek and Aishwarya were arranged, but they may have also liked each other that way anyway. Seemed like it, from their chemistry in the movie (and in the "behind the scenes" documentary). It wouldn't be surprising that the in laws chose her though considering that they are both beta NFs.
