Kind of interesting how she wants to treat feelings and emotions as completely separate based on cultural manifestations around the globe. Also how the cultural background reflects to the accuracy as well as reading the "body language" is not actually reading as it is more of a guessing game that is based on previous experiences (hence tied to a culture).

One extra point: Notice her interest in hands on child rearing - food, environment and so on that is really very Si sort of way of seeing it.

Cooking sounds incredibly Si suggestive because it reduced the need for hunting by 50 % (or something) and made it more pleasurable for the senses.

Just wrote about her in chat but I also want to share my thoughts here. I think what disappoints me the most about this thread is that I don't really see many real Alpha NT types here. Being an LII, I was always curious to find people of my own type but there are almost none here. In some part I am aware that a researcher who dislikes the spotlight, interviews and youtube, it's unlikely to find LII here but still.

The reason I'm posting Simone here is because I find it odd that ILE is considered the inventor in socionics. When you watch the video you will see a couple of non-functioning robots that don't do what they are supposed to do. I think the girl is very charming and likeable in a child-like way but how does she supposedly have the same type as Nikola Tesla? A person who spoke 8 languages and was known for his elegant dressing style? I think Ni + is the function that invents, because Ni studies things of interest in-depth, and it's just more likely that you come up with something new after you fully understand something, while Ne looks at alternatives, sees existing things from a different angle.

Simone Giertz seems to be universally typed as ILE so it's a good example I guess. I really don't see how she could have the same type as Tesla, Einstein, Mozart etc.

LII are shy and not very emotional, but they have weaker and valued Fe - emotional excitement is a significant appeal to them. Fi valuing introverts should avoid such things the most, in general.

well here's the thing. I am not shy, quite direct actually. the thing I dislike though is presenting myself to someone or a company, being filmed or photographed at random. I would never consider doing an interview for some random podcast to talk about things. even Angela Merkel, who Gulenko typed as LII (which I agree with) has dozens of rules that an interviewer must follow before she agrees to do an interview.

the ILE question is more interesting to me though, since even Gulenko types Tesla as ILE, which I do not understand at all when I read about his characteristics.
