That is at least almost exactly how I had them typed before this latest season, but I'm rethinking it based on the newest episodes.

Oh ok, I haven't seen the new episodes. I used to watch that show a lot before. Once Vinny left and the shop started to expand a lot, I started to lose interest. I heard that a lot of drama has happened since then.
Paul Sr. is ISTj, not ESTj. That heavy, slow lethargic body and attitude is exactly what to look for in ISTjs. ESTjs are much quicker minded, lighter and more dynamic.
Yeah, I also think Rick is SLI. Mickey didn't seem to be Se valuing to me, and he had this bromance thing going on with Vinny who I see as SLI.
I think that comes from being a fat New Yorker though, lol. He also likes telling people what to do, seeing them work on something, but you never really see him do anything other than delegating and telling them to get back to work... Also, I don't see the meticulous attitude that usually find with Ijs, especially ISTjs, who to me are the ones who really get their head in detailed work. Paul Sr seems to be more comfortable with having other people do meticulous work and he just deals with ensuring that the entire shop is running smoothly, and pushing people to keep working.
