Why set up an entire table for the self-reporting result?

Overall, I don't see any major advantages to your current layout compared with posting new threads as we have been. It would be nice to streamline the page into a tighter, briefer and more uniform layout so it's easier to scan the data for many users within a short time - e.g., a master table. Could include a comment column at the end for discussion notes, if desired.

Perhaps I have misunderstood your intentions behind this project.
