100% ILI. LIIs are consciously perceiving, organized, Jeffrey is completely dettached from reality and introspective, even when he talks during interviews he is extremely calm and manifests his own opinions in a subjective, metaphorical way, involves god and chance in the discourse too much to be a leading logical type, also contains a somewhat obvious touch of Te creative in the sense he was fascinated with dissection and did it and talked about it with an uncommon enthusiasm and curiosity.
I saw the Netflix somewhat documentary (it's not really because they changed/added/removed things for better tv). He makes me incredibly uncomfortable. He forced intimacy with people he was going to torture and kill, sometimes with them even knowing what he was doing. WTF.
