Driving past an ambulance in the process of loading some unknown person onto it:

"I wonder what medical insurance plan that person has."

i dont even understand the example

I didn't put what I said into proper context. I was in the rear passenger seat, along with four other people in the car, driving past an ambulance bringing loading someone onto it who was from what I assume, the dormitories nearby. This was just a random remark I said right after we drove past the ambulance.
